We welcome the opportunity to add value to your property by making it sparkle. A clean, well-maintained building attracts business and tenants. In fact what is said about first impressions is very true, if your building and office shows poorly, the impression is that of your business.
Our professionals go through our own thorough background screening. This tells our clients that we only use the very best, giving them a peace of mind around their personal items. Colonial American crews are always neat in appearance, since appearance is a reflection of our work.
Every job will be assigned a supervisor responsible for monitoring and inspection of operations. They are available to respond to special requests, and work to obtain the level of cleanliness you deserve.
Every job will be inspected fully; a report may be generated detailing or highlighting broken fixtures, structural damage, maintenance needs, and other incidentals about the building. Inspections will be performed by the owner a state certified and licensed home inspector.
Janitorial Log – A Log book will be placed on site. This log will help the office manager or client cut down on any areas of concern, by placing a note in the daily log report. This report will also highlight items for the monthly inspection report such as burned out lights, door locks unable to lock; plumbing leaks and more. This log will highlight daily activities for cleaning personnel on a day by day calendar. The logbook will have a copy of all Safety Data sheets for all chemicals used on the job. Most importantly it will open up a line of communication between the office staff and cleaning personnel.
